The dangerous merchandize are classified in nine classes without the order of enumeration of the same bears relation to the magnitude from the danger, because they are numbers that are accepted conventionally to distinguish the different classes:
- Class 1, Explosive.
- Class 2, Gases.
- Class 3, Incendiary fuels.
- Class 4, Solid Inflammable; substances Prone to Spontaneous combustion and Substances that in Contact with the Inflammable Water Give off Gas.
- Oxidating class 5, substances and Organic Peroxides.
- Toxic class 6, Substances and Infectious Substances.
- Class 7, radioactive materials.
- Corrosive class 8, Substances.
- Diverse class 9, Dangerous Substanc
