The Annual Program of Hirings is realized for each Fiscal year, on the basis of the requirements in the matter of goods, services or works of the different distributions or dependancies of the Organization, soon are put under consideration and approval of the maximum authority.

It is elaborated in coordination with the Department of Budget of the Organization and according to the emanated technical lineamientos of the National Direction of Public Hirings.
